Guided hike "Fields and forests of the Eifel"
Experience the Eifel from its most beautiful side - on a varied hike through picturesque fields, shady forests and over panoramic mountain ranges.

Our starting point is the idyllic little town of Heimbach, whose historic half-timbered houses and the impressive Hengebach Castle provide a magical prelude. From here, a narrow path leads up to the first mountain on today's hike - with wonderful views back to the castle and over the rolling hills of the region. Whether colorful flowers along the way, meadows with dandelions or bright yellow rapeseed fields - nature shows its most colorful side along the way. The trail continues through the cool, mysterious Eifel forest, where rays of sunshine dance through the dense canopy of leaves and impressive wooden works of art can be discovered along the way.

A special highlight is the Luna viewpoint, from where you can enjoy another view of the landscape around Heimbach at the end of the hike. During the hike, you will also learn exciting facts about the geological features of the local region.

The tour is ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts and anyone who wants to discover the Eifel in a new way!
