The Mountain and Valley Tour 2026 consists of four individual hikes with weekly increasing demands. The tours can be booked individually or as a complete package with a price advantage until January 3, 2026.  Together, we want to improve our fitness as we start the new year while strengthening our immune system. During the four hiking tours starting from Heimbach, we will motivate each other to keep going, because it is easier to reach our goal together.  In a small group of a maximum of 10 people, we will have a lot of fun. The  athletic hikes will take us through a breathtaking winter landscape in Rureifel. 
 
The second hike is just over 12 kilometers long and challenges us with 480 meters of elevation gain.  We will always stay together as a group and soon find a common  pace. At the end of the hike, everyone will be proud of their personal achievement. A basic level of fitness is required. Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy hiking shoes with a good tread are essential.
