The striking vantage points in the Rureifel include the massive red sandstone cliffs, the dams and reservoirs, the Rur valley, the forests and the Eifel National Park, as well as the Siebengebirge mountains and the Bay of the Rhine. In ideal weather conditions, you can see Cologne Cathedral and the highest point in the Eifel, the Hohe Acht.
